- Proven track record in designing, scaling, and maintaining high-performance microservices architectures.
- Hands-on proficiency with Python, Kafka, FastAPI, and relational databases like MySQL.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, clean code practices, and asynchronous programming.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-motivated approach to technical ambiguity.
- Fluent in spoken and written English with strong collaboration skills.
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience focusing on large-scale distributed systems. (advantage)
- Experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS. (advantage)
- Passion for modern AI tools and a drive to integrate them into daily engineering workflows to enhance productivity. (advantage)
- Prior experience in Fintech, real-time financial decisioning engines, or risk platform (advantage)
