- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software company, including experience owning complex product areas.
- Proven ability to translate complex user needs into clear product requirements and priorities that align with business objectives.
- Ability to take ownership and drive decisions confidently, while working collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities – able to articulate product value clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and timely delivery.
- Experience working with SaaS, healthcare organizations or data products – an advantage.
- Fluent in both Hebrew and English
