- 5+ years in Enablement, Customer Success, or a related client-facing GTM role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strategic Partnership: Proven track record of advising senior leadership on enablement strategy and priorities
- Builder & Advisor: Hands-on experience designing and shipping enablement programs yourself, end to end, while also shaping direction alongside leadership.
- Outcome-Based Measurement: Experience owning a measurement framework that connects program activity to behavior change and business outcomes
- Independent Gap Analysis: Experience identifying gaps and risks across a client-facing org on your own initiative, and driving recommendations to a decision.
- Segmented Program Design: Experience building onboarding, coaching, and enablement tracks that flex by team or role — not a single one-size-fits-all program.
- AI & Automation Mindset: Active user of modern AI tools, with hands-on experience building AI-based enablement solutions
- Communication & Facilitation: Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills — able to hold a room and hold your own with senior leaders.
