- Academic education in Industrial Engineering and Management from a recognized university or college -a must
- 1–2 years of experience in analytical roles - a must
- High proficiency in Excel - a must
- High level of English – written and spoken - a must
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – a must
- Basic knowledge of data manipulation, analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Tableau, Fabric
- Ability to communicate analytical findings in clear, simple business language, including actionable insights.
- Proactive, fast learner with strong ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
