- You bring 8+ years of product design experience
- High AI fluency and proven track record working with Vibe Coding tools, Coding Agents and shipping experiences to production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products and features that drove real impact, both for Desktop and Mobile.
- Exceptional interaction and visual design skills with high attention to details.
- Experience working with, maintaining and leveraging an existing Design System.
- Strong system design skills and ability to envision how interactions come together to generate holistic and consistent experiences, translated to multiple platforms and devices.
- Exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of influencing decisions and driving impact through others without authority.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Ability to validate and iterate designs through research, experimentation, and live usage data
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a team-first mindset.
- High level of written and spoken English.
