- Proven experience working in empowered product teams
- Strong product discovery and delivery skills
- Experience building or contributing to customer-facing products
- Experience building 0→1 products
- Excellent collaboration skills with engineering, design, and GTM teams
- Strong analytical thinking and outcome-oriented mindset
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Experience building AI / LLM-based products or features (advantage)
- Experience working with data-rich products or recommendation / insight systems (advantage)
- Background in UGC, reviews, or customer engagement products (advantage)
- Experience in e-commerce or marketing technology (advantage)
