- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of embedded software development experience, with a strong focus on modern C++.
- 2+ years of team leading experience, managing a team of at least 5 software engineers.
- Strong experience developing software for Linux-based systems, with a solid understanding of Linux internals and embedded Linux build systems.
- Experience designing and developing infrastructure and system-level software as an abstracted Linux platform layer for application teams.
- Experience working in multi-process and multi-threaded environments.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, and scalable system development.
- Experience with network communication protocols and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with strong learning capabilities and a continuous-improvement mindset.
