- 5+ years of experience as a Financial Controller after an internship.
- Experience working in a global company.
- Strong understanding of consolidated financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite - a must.
- Experience managing accounting and payroll teams.
- Fluent English, both written and verbal.
