- 7+ years of engineering experience, at least 4 of them in a managerial role, including managing managers.
- Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-moving, product-led environment.
- Strong foundations across distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, and production software.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or equivalent.
- A true people leader - you have managed engineers directly and care deeply about their growth.
- Multi-disciplinary by nature - credible across disciplines without needing to be an expert in all.
- Technically curious - you follow the craft, earn engineer respect, and stay sharp.
- Business-grounded - you connect engineering decisions to customer outcomes, not just technical elegance.
- A clear communicator - you distill complexity into direction for your team and credible updates for leadership.
