Requirements
- At least 3 years experience as a recruiter or coordinator in a global Hi-tech company, leading the recruitment processes.
- Proven success in leading technical recruitment processes.
- Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of relevant tools, platforms, and networks.
- Proficiency in HR interviews and assessing technical roles/skills.
- Experience working with ATS (e.g., Spark-Hire Recruit, Greenhouse, Workday).
- Data-driven and KPI-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
- Excellent service orientation, with a proactive and responsive approach to supporting candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities, handle unexpected challenges, and find creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
