- 1+ years of hands-on experience building or implementing AI solutions.
- Strong practical experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Azure Open AI, and AWS Bedrock.
- Hands-on experience with AI development, automation, and integration tools, including Workato or similar iPaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, LLM capabilities and limitations.
- Proven ability to take AI solutions from concept and prototype through production.
- Understanding of security best practices, AI safety, responsible AI, and governance.
- Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on practical business outcomes.
