- High AI fluency with a proven track record using coding agents and vibe-coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, and similar) to ship to production.
- Strong portfolio of shipped products that drove real impact.
- Exceptional interaction and visual craft. You turn complex problems into experiences that land emotionally, not just logically.
- Systems thinking: you see how individual interactions add up to one coherent experience.
- Experience working with and extending a design system.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication; team-first mindset.
- High level of written and spoken English.
- Experience designing conversational or agent-based interfaces. (advantage)
