- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a global technology company\
- Proven experience working with senior commercial stakeholders across global markets
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution and project management
- Ability to challenge, prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder requests
- Strong understanding of campaigns, events, partner marketing and sales enablement
- Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Advanced hands-on use of AI, including AI agents, skills, workflows and automation
- Data-driven mindset and familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools
- Strong ownership, communication skills and ability to operate independently in a complex global environment
- Experience managing a small team, direct reports or initial people management responsibility is a plus
