Come join the company building the security operating model for the age of AI. AI has changed how data is used — and security must change with it. Cyera's mission is to empower businesses to accelerate AI Adoption by defining a holistic approach to securing AI - from data to access to model.
דרישות
- Technical depth from customer-facing, engineering or product roles.
- Demonstrated ability to get deeply technical and explain complex systems simply to varied audiences - from IAM leaders to C-suite decision-makers.
- Prior customer-facing experience is not required. Software engineering and product backgrounds are an advantage.
- Background in Cybersecurity and/or Identity is a strongly preferred; experience with IAM/PAM, secrets management, and/or cloud security is a plus.
- Proven experience designing architectures, building POCs, and producing crisp technical collateral (reference designs, playbooks, etc).
- Comfort partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and (as needed) R&D - field-oriented with strong customer empathy and bias for action.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; confident leading strategic conversations and aligning diverse stakeholders.
