- A minimum of 5 years of HRBP experience in multinational, high-tech companies.
- A strong foundation of HR knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Experience with employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives .
- Deep understanding of HR employment labor laws, policies & practices, and cultural nuances across EMEA & APJ .
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to HR solutions.
- Ability to effectively adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
- Strong sense of self-awareness.
- Demonstrates complex problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Clear and concise communication skills (verbal & written). Fluent in English.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships within all levels of the organization
- Highly ethical.
