- 5+ years in product management, mostly in B2B SaaS.
- Experience shipping AI or LLM-powered products to customers, and a solid understanding of how they behave in production, including quality and evaluation.
- Strong product sense and UX judgment, ideally on complex, data-rich products.
- Hands-on and technical: you prototype with AI tools, work with data yourself, and go deep with engineers.
- A track record of leading work across several teams and stakeholders.
- Data-driven decision making, and the judgment to say no.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Experience with agent or workflow automation products. (advantage)
- Background in marketing, digital intelligence or analytics. (advantage)
- Usage-based pricing or product-led growth. (advantage)
- A technical background in engineering, data or analytics. (advantage)
