- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance considerations
- Experience working on user-facing systems and leading frontend developers
- Experience improving engineering processes, SDLC, and development workflows
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead within a cross-functional squad
- Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience leading teams through organizational transitions (e.g., to squads) (advantage)
- Experience in fintech or data-driven products (advantage)
- Experience working on SaaS products with a focus on scalability, multi-tenancy, and customer-centric architectureproductivity (advantage)
