- 7+ years in recruiting in tech companies, including at least 3 years managing a recruiting team.
- Knowledge of the US hiring market: you've recruited for US roles or managed recruiters who did.
- Fluent in numbers: you define recruiting metrics, analyze them and turn them into clear recommendations.
- Hands-on AI experience: you use AI tools to build reports and dashboards and to work faster, and bring creative ideas for applying them to recruiting.
- ATS expertise: deep experience working with applicant tracking systems (Comeet an advantage).
- High-growth experience: you've recruited in a company that scaled quickly.
- Fluent English and Hebrew.
- Hands-on recruiting experience in the US. (advantage)
- Experience managing an international recruiting team. (advantage)
- Experience in a startup environment. (advantage)
