- 8+ years of experience in ERP implementation, consulting, finance transformation, or project leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing complex client-facing projects.
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience leading workshops and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- NetSuite experience and background in consulting or system implementation – advantage.
- Experience and/or ability to work with AI tools – mandatory
