- Hands-on experience building agentic systems. You’ve designed and shipped agents or agent-based tooling, and you understand tool use, context management, failure modes, and why agents need guardrails, evaluation, and observability.
- 6-8+ years of experience as a DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineer, including experience leading technical initiatives, owning architecture decisions, or mentoring other engineers.
- Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling that other teams use, not just infrastructure for your own team.
- Strong software engineering skills in at least one of Python, TypeScript, or Go. You’ll write real code, such as APIs, services, and automation.
- Strong Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar)
