- Proven experience in a broad HR role, preferably in a global tech company.
- Strong experience partnering with managers and employees, providing guidance on feedback, navigating sensitive situations, and facilitating constructive conversations and conflict resolution.
- Strong understanding of Israeli employment law and experience with international HR operations.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR processes.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and navigate complex situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluent Hebrew and English.
- Experience managing or leading HR team members. (advantage)
- Familiarity with HiBob and global payroll/EOR providers. (advantage)
