- 5+ years of hands-on software development, with strong C/C++ skills
- 3+ years of Windows kernel driver development (WDK, KMDF/WDM)
- Hands-on experience with network drivers, such as WFP callout drivers or NDIS filter drivers
- Strong understanding of Windows internals
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP and TLS
- Interest in working across the stack, including backend services in Go
- Quick learner who does well in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
- A positive team player
- Experience with Go, microservices and cloud-native applications (advantage)
- Experience with high-scale distributed systems, Docker and Kubernetes (advantage)
- Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) (advantage)
