דרישות
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager delivering complex technical projects (Mid-level).
- Proven experience working in a Professional Services organization, managing client-facing technical delivery and scoping (SOWs).
- Strong, hands-on understanding of AWS cloud technologies, services, and architectural patterns is a MUST.
- Experience managing projects for the financial sector (FSI), insurance, or government entities is a major advantage.
- Proven track record in writing detailed business/technical characterization documents and bridging the gap between R&D and clients.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with enterprise management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SalesForce, AI tools).
- Experience or familiarity with Generative AI projects or LLM integrations is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional client-facing, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage matrixed environments and competing priorities.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional) or AWS Certified DevOps Engi (advantage)
