- Work on challenging and innovative solutions for cutting-edge hardware of Samsung world-class memory products.
- Work in a dynamic team that provides continuous opportunities for learning and growth.
- Design and develop state-of-the-art flash solution IPs, working closely with Algorithm engineers.
- Plan and define micro-architecture of complex algorithm hardware.
- Conduct architecture research, including modeling and simulations of hardware and algorithm performance.
- Design IPs from early stages of architecture definition, through RTL implementation all the way to tape-out.
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from leading university.
- At least 5 years of hands on experience in complex VLSI design
- Experience in VLSI micro-architecture
- Detail-oriented problem solver with a collaborative approach.
- Skilled communicator with a strong ability to organize and present complex hardware.
