Requirements
- Hands-on experience as a software engineer, SRE, DevOps engineer, platform engineer, developer advocate, or another technical role involving regular software development. Developer experience is required.
- Strong understanding of modern developer and infrastructure technologies. Experience with areas such as Kubernetes, Linux, cloud infrastructure, observability, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, eBPF, distributed systems, or developer tooling is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated experience participating in technical communities, particularly X/Twitter, Reddit, and Hacker News.
- Strong instincts for how communication differs across developer communities. You understand that what works on LinkedIn probably won’t work on Hacker News.
- Ability to talk directly with engineers, understand complex technical concepts, ask intelligent follow-up questions, and translate tho
