We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to lead and coordinate the company's quality activities across subcontractors and suppliers in Israel and internationally. The role is responsible for supplier qualification, continuous product and process improvement, and ensuring end-to-end product quality.

- At least 7 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer in a hardware manufacturing environment.
- Extensive hands-on experience working with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Strong knowledge of quality management standards such as AS9100 and ISO 9001 .
- Deep understanding of electronic manufacturing processes, including PCB, PCBA, SMT , and IPC standards .
- Strong understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes, including machining, sheet metal, enclosures, painting/coating, complex mechanical assemblies, tolerancing, and fits.
