Deloitte Israel is seeking an experienced Senior Transformation Consultant to join the Innovation Team and support the Innovation, AI and Growth agenda for the Consulting Division.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or a related field.
- Experience and/or ability to work with AI tools – mandatory.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in consulting, product management, business transformation, innovation, AI, digital transformation or business development.
- Hands-on, advanced proficiency with AI and GenAI tools, with a proven ability to translate them into practical business, delivery and client-value opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong business judgement, with the ability to connect technology trends to commercial opportunities and client needs.
- Experience translating ambiguous challenges into structured plans, solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
- Experience developing new services, propositions, reusable assets or go-to-market initiatives. (advantage)
- Experience leading AI adoption, change-management or organization-wide transformation initiatives. (advantage)
- Experience working with data, automation, digital products or technology-enabled business change. (advantage)
