דרישות
- 6+ years of experience in Delivery, Program Management, Project Management, Product Management, or QA Leadership within B2B SaaS, data, or analytics products; startup experience is required.
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
- Proven track record of leading high-paced, multi-workstream implementations for enterprise customers
- Product management skills, including requirements definition, product discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and translating customer and operational needs into actionable product improvements.
- Experience working closely with R&D and technical teams to define solutions, manage trade-offs, and drive features from concept through delivery and adoption.
- Strong ability to use customer feedback, operational insights, and product data to continuously improve the product and user experience.
- Experience in product, or operational roles within healthcare, Insurtech, or related startups. (advantage)
