- 2+ years as a content producer, creator manager or similar role in social, content or a creative studio
- A background in film, video production or a related creative field (e.g. film school)
- Hands-on video editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar), enough to give sharp notes on a cut and fix things yourself
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools for image, video and voice, and the curiosity to keep up with new ones
- Deep knowledge of the creator economy and social platforms, and a strong network of creators
- A strong eye for content and high creative standards
- Proven experience managing freelancers, vendors and external partners
- Strong project management skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent English, written and spoken
- Comfortable with Monday, Google Drive and social tools
