Requirements

6+ years of experience in Backend Engineering, working with high-level programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or Go.
Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable, distributed backend systems.
Strong experience with cloud platforms and services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Experience building data-intensive systems and working with message queue technologies.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes and production environments.
Proven ability to lead complex technical projects, drive architectural decisions, and take end-to-end ownership.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
