- 5+ years in product management at a SaaS company, with a track record of shipping products people actually use.
- A builder's instinct - you move fast, prototype your ideas, and turn ambiguity into a plan without waiting to be told how.
- AI is already in your bloodstream: you use it daily to work faster, and you've shipped AI-powered features with a strong point of view on where it creates real value versus hype.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a growth mindset - you make decisions from data and customer insight, not opinion.
- Excellent communication and the ability to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Comfort with technical depth and platform-scale products.
- Experience with marketing automation, email, CRM, or growth/engagement metrics is a strong plus.
