- 8+ Years of hands-on Backend Software engineering experience.
- Proven experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or generative AI systems using modern AI frameworks.
- Fluent in Python.
- Familiar with cloud-native technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and deploy secure backend systems and architectures entirely from scratch.
- Self-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment — you don't wait to be told what to do next.
- Strong collaborator with clear communication skills; you thrive in diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with multi-agent architectures or agentic evaluation frameworks.
- Experience in high-scale cloud-native distributed systems.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
