- Availability for a freelance engagement on a 3-6 month project.
- Experience in learning and development, training, content development, or knowledge management.
- Experience in ERP environments, including working with business processes, end users, or learning materials related to enterprise system implementations.
- Experience working with SAP is a significant advantage.
- Ability to read, analyze, and refine professional training materials.
- Experience developing or improving learning content and training deliverables.
- Ability to provide professional feedback and recommendations for training materials.
- Native-level English, with the ability to write, edit, and refine professional content and work regularly with global stakeholders .
- Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Experience developing training materials for information systems. (advantage)
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS). (advantage)
- Experience with SAP or SAP S/4HANA. (advantage)
