The role combines a strong electronics design background with expertise in system interconnections and the ability to independently lead tasks from requirements through design, integration, verification, and production support.
דרישות
- BSc in Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant hardware development experience.
- Proven experience designing cable assemblies, harnesses, connectors, and interconnect solutions for complex systems.
- Experience with schematic, PCB layout review, board bring-up, and design verification.
- Practical knowledge of grounding, shielding, EMC/EMI, signal integrity, and power distribution at board and system levels.
- Experience integrating multidisciplinary systems involving hardware, software, and mechanics.
- Strong hands-on debugging skills and demonstrated experience conducting structured failure investigations and root-cause analysis.
- Ability to work independently, translate system requirements into engineering deliverables, and own tasks through completion.
- Experience using simulation tools and preparing comprehensive design and verification documentation.
- Ability to develop and use AI-assisted workflows and scripting or automation tools to improve engineering efficiency and quality, with critical review and validation of outputs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate technical work across teams and suppliers.
- Experience in technical leadership, mentoring engineers, or leading cross-functional engineering activities. (advantage)
- Previous qualification or hands-on background as an Electronics Practical Engineer. (advantage)
