- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience at the senior HRBP or HR Director level.
- Strong background in high-tech, product, or technology organizations.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a trusted business partner.
- Deep experience in organizational design, change management, and leadership coaching.
- Strong command of Israeli labor law, combined with a collaborative, team-player approach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn people data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- A proactive, collaborative, and high-ownership approach.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and modern HR operating models.
- Experience supporting large-scale product, R&D, or global tech organizations. (advantage)
- Exposure to HR technology and AI-driven workflows. (advantage)
