We are hiring HRIS Specialist will take ownership of ZIM’s global Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, workforce structure management, data integrity, and HR systems interfaces.

- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics / Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent diploma in a relevant discipline).
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Information Systems (IS)- including system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and user support, preferably in a global enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of systems integration concepts, interfaces, and data flows across enterprise applications.
- Preferably proven experience in HRIS administration and management, a strong understanding of HR processes, and knowledge of HR systems such as Oracle HCM, SAPHR, SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of data governance and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced expertise in Excel, including complex functions.
- Strong analytical skills- ability to analyze data, generate business insights, and draw conclusions.
- Fluent in English – a must
