- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, PPE, Industrial Engineering & Management, Law, Business Administration or another relevant field .
- 1-2 years of experience in a consulting, risk, audit or other business-oriented professional environment .
- Previous experience working directly with clients and managing multiple stakeholders in a professional environment.
- Strong business orientation and analytical capabilities , with the ability to quickly understand complex financial, operational and organizational processes.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to approach challenges from different business perspectives .
- An open and flexible mindset , with the ability to adapt to different clients, industries, projects and changing business challenges.
- Strong research capabilities and the ability to translate data and complex information into clear business insights and recommendations .
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- High proficiency in Excel and strong English skills.
- Experience in risk management, internal audit, ERM, governance, controls or process improvement . (advantage)
- Experience conducting risk assessments, internal audits, organizational assessments or business process reviews. (advantage)
- Experience from a consulting or professional services environment . (advantage)
