- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, preferably in fintech, banking technology, or similar complex environments.
- Proven ownership of a product domain or major product initiative end to end.
- Experience with AI/ML-based products and data-driven product capabilities.
- Experience working with Enterprise customers, gathering feedback and presenting roadmap.
- Strong product judgment and prioritization under ambiguity.
- Strong execution discipline, including risk management and follow-through.
- Experience improving product processes, documentation, or team operating rhythms.
- Strong collaboration with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English.
- Fintech, banking, digital banking, customer engagement, or personalization experience. (advantage)
- Experience with configurable, platform, or admin products. (advantage)
- Experience in B2B2C environments. (advantage)
