- Strong coding skills, architectural judgment, and experience building cloud-based applications.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents, or AI workflows beyond basic prompting.
- Curiosity to explore unfamiliar technology and the discipline to test whether it works.
- Clear communication, low ego, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong product judgment: understand user needs, challenge assumptions, and turn complex AI capabilities into simple, valuable experiences.
- Bonus- Experience with distributed systems, agent orchestration, evaluation frameworks, or production AI infrastructure.
