We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Technology Director for leading a multidisciplinary technology team in Nova’s CTO organization. The team specializes in the development of future physical and mathematical modeling solutions of multiple technologies across all Nova divisions.

- Ph.D. degree in Physics
- Excellent technical knowledge in theoretical Physics
- 7+ years of experience in hands-on development of complex technology
- 10+ years of experience in management of multidisciplinary technology development teams
- Proven experience in initiating and managing collaborative efforts
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Broad experience in the Semiconductor Industry - Advantage
- Knowledge and experience in physical modeling - Advantage
- Knowledge and experience in deep learning - Advantage
