- A degree in Digital Media, Visual Communication, Film or Video Production, Marketing Communications or a related field is an advantage.
- A strong portfolio of videos, graphics and social posts you have personally created, with a clear explanation of your contribution, is essential and may substitute for formal education.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital content creation and organic social media, as well as paid campaign management.
- Strong practical filming and editing skills, including creating quality still and moving content.
- Proficiency in video & photo editing and graphic design tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and YouTube campaign formats.
- Confidence using Google Analytics 4 and native social and advertising analytics.
