דרישות
- At least 10 years of warehouse/logistics experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a warehouse management role.
- Experience in a technology company – Mandatory .
- Proven track record in team leadership and vendor management.
- Proven experience in process/SOP implementation and driving change within unstructured environments.
- Hands-on experience with 3PL outsourcing transitions or 3PL vendor management – Significant advantage .
- In-depth expertise in inventory management, cycle counting, and driving inventory accuracy improvements.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite – advantage).
- High proficiency with information systems and solid command of MS Excel.
- Good proficiency in English – Mandatory (reading, writing, and verbal communication); high proficiency in Hebrew.
- Experience in warehouse establishment or reorganization.
