- Student in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related degree (1-2 years remaining).
- Hands-on experience with hardware assembly, component replacement, and workstation setup.
- Solid grasp of networking protocols, Microsoft 365, and basic cloud/security concepts.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-oriented service skills.
- Experience or understanding in providing Tier 1 support, ticketing systems, and basic technical support.
