- 3+ years in Employee Experience, welfare, or People/HR roles, ideally within a fast-paced tech company.
- Proven experience in the end-to-end planning and execution of global company events.
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for building memorable people moments.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships across all levels of the company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, with the ability to use them thoughtfully to streamline processes and work more effectively.
