- Education: Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Terminology Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years' experience translating and reviewing content and conducting quality checks in the specified subject matter.
- Terminology Management: Proven experience in terminology management, preferably in a professional setting or specialized industry. Familiarity with terminology management principles, processes, and tools is required.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of database management, data entry, and file management processes.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of terminology specific to the automotive industry, with an emphasis on trucks and buses part denominations and technologies. Understanding of HIM and driving assistance technologies.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and precision in terminology management.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex terminology challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Terminology Tools: Familiarity with word track changes tool, or Jira, terminology management software and tools is a plus. Experience with database management and file organization is advantageous.
