דרישות
- 8+ years of experience in finance, fintech, or ERP financial systems
- Deep understanding of financial workflows, ERP systems, and finance operations
- Hands-on experience using AI-native tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools to prototype, automate, analyze, and build
- A track record of building and launching new initiatives and redesigning how work gets done
- Systems thinking and the ability to turn complex workflows into clear product logic
- Product sense across user experience, workflow design, automation, controls, and tradeoffs
- Business judgment and the ability to connect product decisions to customer value, adoption, differentiation, and monetization
- Clear communication, structured thinking, and strong ownership
