Zenity is the leader in AI Agent Security and the first company to bring an agent-centric security platform to market. As enterprises accelerate AI agent adoption, we are establishing the security framework for how AI agents are secured and governed at enterprise scale.

- Technical execution. Substantial hands-on experience in Engineering or Security Research. You can investigate an unfamiliar problem, form a point of view, and build the solution to prove it works.
- AI. Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agents. You understand how they work, where they fail, and how to reason about them. You are fluent with AI-assisted coding.
- Cybersecurity. Strong understanding of attack paths and defensive controls. You can earn credibility with researchers and engineers alike through technical leadership.
- Product mindset. You can hold “is this the right thing to build?” in tension with “is this technically feasible?” and decide both. You care about what pain a capability solves.
- Agency. Comfortable starting from a blank page, working without a spec, and being the one who defines what “done” looks like. You move fast and tell the story.
- Communication. You can explain your reasoning, present prototypes to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and document the work well enough for others to continue it.
- Experience building or researching cybersecurity products (advantage)
- Experience with AI agents or AI agent security (advantage)
- Experience in an early-stage startup or zero-to-one environment (advantage)
- Previous leadership experience as a team lead or tech lead (advantage)
- Public technical output: blog posts, conference talks, open source contributions, or published papers (advantage)
