We're looking for a Staff Growth Product Manager to own and scale a central growth domain inside our Car product team - the fastest-growing engine at Lemonade. Car is in hyper-growth with aggressive targets, and this role sits at the frontline of hitting them.

- 7+ years in product management, ideally at a startup or product-led company
- A track record of owning strategy end to end, finding the opportunity, aligning leadership, and shipping to production
- Deep growth experience across acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization
- Strong analytical instincts and the ability to turn messy data into clear decisions, working hand in hand with data analytics
- The communication and influence to align stakeholders across an entire organization
- A hands-on, execution-focused mindset that stays close to the work through launch and beyond
- Real enthusiasm for building with AI, it's core to how we work, not a side project
- Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week
