We are looking for a DevOps Team Lead for a role combining technical leadership, cloud architecture, and team management .
דרישות
- At least 2 years of professional leadership experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead .
- 5+ years of DevOps experience , including 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience .
- Proven experience designing complex cloud architectures and building AWS environments from scratch .
- Strong knowledge of AWS Networking and AWS Organizations / Multi-Account environments .
- Strong proficiency in Terraform , including building enterprise-level modules .
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and Helm .
- Experience designing and leading CI/CD and GitOps processes .
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Python / Bash , and Cloud Security (IAM, SCPs, WAF, GuardDuty, Security Hub).
- Advanced use of AI tools in day-to-day work, such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Kiro .
- Strong customer-facing, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills , with the ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
- High-level English , including technical documentation and working with international customers.
- Experience in a project-based company, consulting firm, MSP, or AWS Partner . (advantage)
