Lead end-to-end procurement and contracting for renewable energy projects, from procurement strategy and tender preparation through supplier selection, contract execution, delivery, claims support and close-out.
דרישות
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, Law or another relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant project procurement, contracting or commercial-management experience in renewable energy, power, infrastructure, construction or another complex project environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end tenders and negotiations for technically complex, high-value project packages.
- Strong working knowledge of supply, EPC/BoP, service and/or O&M contracts, including risk allocation, securities, warranties, LDs, liability and change control.
- Advanced bid comparison, cost analysis, negotiation, supplier evaluation and management reporting skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional work with Engineering, Projects, Construction, Finance, Legal, insurers, lenders’ advisers and international suppliers
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and practical experience with ERP and/or e-sourcing / contract-management systems.
